Though I thoroughly enjoyed my experience as a sales rep, I became a licensed real estate professional and found my true calling. Connecting residential customers with a dream home is so rewarding.
Helping first time buyers avoid pitfalls and achieve home ownership is fulfilling every time. The same can be said with commercial purchase and leasing. Being one of the younger Commercial Real Estate Agents in Houston gives me both credibility for my hard work and the advantage of knowing the trend setting market.
Pairing a new or expanding business with the ideal location is key to the success and long term goals of any company; being a part of this transaction is very satisfying. I have also been blessed with being involved in multi-unit apartment management. This allows me to immerse myself in yet another facet of the real estate market.
I also think that being constantly on the move in different segments allows me to keep a pulse on the overall market trends in Houston. Recently I have worked with commercial developers and purchased land for home builders in the outskirts of the city. This has honed my eye even more so that I can always see opportunity in real estate available, and through my network I can connect clients with these opportunities.
